Toby Matthewson joins Pilot Lite

We are thrilled to announce

Toby Matthewson has joined us as Venture Director

bringing more than 20 years of experience and a passion for getting the right innovations to market with the people and processes at the right velocity to be successful.

Toby will enhance Pilot Lite’s front-end innovation capabilities and drive client engagements by identifying, de-risking, validating, and launching early-stage technologies, new ventures, and products to get to market impact faster. Toby is leading several initiatives in sustainability, a sweet spot for Pilot Lite.

Prior to joining Pilot Lite, Toby founded 'We Are the Change,' Bloom Labs, and Truth Consulting. He previously worked as an Insight, Strategy & Innovation executive at Unilever, Cadbury, and L'Oreal and as a consultant for BCG.
